everything is sound


H&M cropped top & bracelets, Forever 21 skirt, cuff & earrings, Steve Madden platform sandals

For me, unless specific pre-planned events are informed otherwise, weekends are all about play. I had picked up this sweet-looking cropped top/bralette from H&M about a month ago and kind of forgot about it, whoops, until I found it and subsequently fell in love with it all over again. I still maintained a spirit of whimsy with a full pleated skirt, but with a slight edge with the faux leather material. Add my favorite platform sandals, some gold accessories and a pair of awesomely bright neon pink earrings for a small pop of color, and done!

In other news, it struck me this morning that nearly the entirely of August has passed. Really, where did the month go?

  6. How adorable yet edgy and sexy is this outfit?! I'm loving that pleated leather skirt and wow it photographs really well! Complimenting it so well is that sweet but sexy crop tank and adding to the mixed, a perfect pair of nude platforms by Mr. Madden. Also loving the background. You're so lucky you live in the city. There are so many places for amazing photography. Nate and I need to shoot out there more often!
