Just a casual monochromatic look for romping around in the city, with a pair of dark silver jacquard shorts that can be used for day or night. I think it's safe to say that I've got undying love for hats and these Rag & Bone ankle boots. They only took about a day to break in, and although the heel may look deceptive, they're seriously so comfortable, so much so that I took them to Taiwan last month! Although I love ankle boots (much more than tall, over-the-knee ones, to be honest), I'm quite picky with each pair I buy.

The same can be said regarding bags—and funnily enough, the only bag I've ever coveted as of late is the Proenza Schouler PS11 Mini Classic, but obviously the nearly $2,000 price tag made me balk. However, I spotted this adorable lipstick-red crossbody bag in Taiwan while meandering around their open air marketplaces (LOVE those marketplaces and night markets so much, alas, I'm really regretting not picking up more cute and comparatively cheaper things while I was there). For me, bags also have to be practical and functional, so I'm really digging the many little compartments and zippers. Definitely my everyday bag now.
